Peppol Service Provider
Peppol support, security & status.
This is the canonical Peppol service information for Acelerado AS, operator of the Qanat Peppol Access Point. Operational support, vulnerability reporting, and service status — all in one place.
Service description
The Peppol services we provide
Acelerado operates Qanat, a Peppol Access Point. Through Qanat we enable organisations to exchange compliant electronic business documents over the Peppol network:
- Sending & receiving of Peppol BIS / PINT documents — invoices and credit notes — as a Peppol Access Point (C2/C3).
- Participant onboarding and registration in the Peppol Service Metadata Publisher (SMP).
- Message-level responses and delivery receipts (transport & business acknowledgements).
- Coverage across the European market, with statutory e-invoicing reporting where required.
Acelerado is currently completing Peppol accreditation. This page will be kept current as services go live.
Support
Operational support & incident reporting
For help with message delivery, onboarding, or to report an operational incident affecting the Qanat Access Point, email is the fastest way to reach us — please include affected participant IDs, document types, and timestamps where possible. A telephone line is available for urgent issues.
Security
Security & vulnerability reporting
We welcome reports from security researchers and partners. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting Acelerado or the Qanat Access Point, please report it to us privately — do not disclose it publicly until we have had a chance to investigate and remediate.
Responsible disclosure
- • We acknowledge new reports within two business days.
- • Please give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure.
- • Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.
- • Acting in good faith under these guidelines, we will not pursue legal action.
We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme.
Status
Service status & maintenance
Operational. No incidents currently reported.
Planned maintenance
We deploy continuously and aim for zero-downtime updates, so planned maintenance is rare. When a maintenance window is required, we announce it here and by email at least five business days in advance.
Incidents
Active incidents and their resolution are posted on this page. For urgent operational issues, contact support@acelerado.no.
